GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN DAN MOTIVASI IBU HAMIL TENTANG PEMERIKSAAN TORCH

ABSTRAK

Di Indonesia, dari 54.000 kehamilan yang terinfeksi toksoplasma 70 persennya memiliki antibodi. Sementara itu, 60 persen wanita memiliki antibodi terhadap virus herpes simplex. Kendati demikian, 50-85 persen ibu hamil yang terinfeksi rubela di trimester pertama kehamilan janinnya beresiko tinggi mengalami cacat organ. Untuk mengetahui Gambaran pengetahuan dan Motivasi ibu hamil tentang pemeriksaan TORCH. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode Cross Sectional . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Ibu Hamil di Rumah Sakit DKT kota Bandar Lampung sebanyak 239. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui sebagian besar responden memiliki motivasi rendah yaitu sebanyak 28 responden (77,8%), dan motivasi tinggi sebanyak 8 responden (22,2%). Sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang yaitu sebanyak 18 responden (50,0%), Sebagian besar responden memiliki motivasi rendah yaitu sebanyak 28 responden (77,8%).
ABSTRACT


In Indonesia, from 54,000 the pregnancy is infected with 70 percent of toxins that have antibodies. Meanwhile, 60 percent of women have antibodies to the herpes simplex virus. Nevertheless, 50-85 percent of pregnant women who have been infected with the first trimester of pregnancy are at high risk of organ defects. To know the knowledge description and the expectant mother about TORCH examination The type of research used is quantitative research that is descriptive by using Cross Sectional method. The population in this study was all expectant mothers at the DKT Bandar Lampung Hospital in 239. The samples in this study amounted to 36 people. The results of this research can be known to most respondents have a low motivation of 28 respondents (77.8%), and a high motivation of 8 respondents (22.2%).The majority of respondents have less knowledge of 18 respondents (50.0%), most of which have a low motivation of 28 respondents (77.8%).
